Refund Policy
All purchases are final sale, and NO refunds are provided for previous months in the Funk'tional Nutrition Collective or a la carte purchases regardless of whether or not you choose to use the program or access the services offered. Your failure to utilize the program, whether in part or in full, shall not entitle you to a refund or any form of credit. Erin Holt Health LLC ("EHH") maintains the right to refuse refunds at any time. By completing the enrollment and payment process, you accept that all sales are final and understand that no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the membership, regardless of the reason.
In addition, by making a purchase, you agree that no refunds, partial or otherwise, will be provided due to temporary website outages, technical difficulties, or interruptions in service. EHH will make reasonable efforts to resolve any technical issues in a timely manner, but such disruptions shall not be grounds for a refund or cancellation of the membership.
